That last post, by the way, is my shawl storage system--one of those ring-shaped organizers from Ikea. There's something funny about someone whose job it is to keep photos from deteriorating as they age using an app to age her own photos artificially, isn't there?

Now I just need to figure out how to accompany the picture with my own text, rather than the automatic message.

I am knitting the Wisteria Arbor Shawl and I've been increasing 13 stitches on the first row and 13 stitches on the second row of each pattern repeat. The book calls for 223 stitches and 17 pattern repeats. 17 pattern repeats will be twice that amount. Am I following the directions correctly?

Hi Eileen,

The Wisteria Arbor Shawl isn't mine. It's by Carla Kisielnicki. I'm not sur eif she has a blog, but if you use Ravelry that's probably a good way to get in touch with her.
